Geez you've got 12 months to get range inspected and certified. They are struggling to do a simple fal renewal in 12 months this will get interesting. I wonder how many crims actually shoot on a range?

Ten...10... TEN fucken points that have nothing to do with anything other than making D/F endorsements harder.
And ONE that may conceivably have stopped the police from **** up issuing tarrant a license. (But mostly reads as arse covering on their part)

Arms act 1983; 44 pages. --Arms act as of 28th Oct 2021; 148 pages.
Arms regulations 1984;12 pages.--Arms regulations 1992; 15 pages.--Arms regulations as of 1st Feb 2022; 106 pages, after the regulations for clubs and ranges are added, I imagine the regulations will be thicker than the Auckland telephone directory.
Then we have the regulations for the registry to follow. Not forgetting the firearms licence application that multiplied from one page to thirty five pages, with your poor referees having fifteen pages.

I feel safer already!
