I use half grafting wax mixed with half of paraffin wax. Does the job and works in a Lyman 450 Lubesizer.

Split necks are caused by overworking brass. While annealing removes the stress, a loading program that moves the brass the least can make life easier.
A Lee Collet die is what you need, if they make one for this cartridge.

Nikko Stirling Mountmaster, fixed 4 power, Comes with mounts to fit most rimfire dovetailed receivers. Absolutely bulletproof. Anyone advising you to put high magnification on a .22lr is to put it politely, an owner-operator.

Arms act 1983; 44 pages. --Arms act as of 28th Oct 2021; 148 pages.
Arms regulations 1984;12 pages.--Arms regulations 1992; 15 pages.--Arms regulations as of 1st Feb 2022; 106 pages, after the regulations for clubs and ranges are added, I imagine the regulations will be thicker than the Auckland telephone directory.
Then we have the regulations for the registry to follow. Not forgetting the firearms licence application that multiplied from one page to thirty five pages, with your poor referees having fifteen pages.

I feel safer already!
