So had a pair of Steiner safaris that I was finding I had to refocus a lot, like even after looking through them putting them down then picking them up again they would need refocusing again. Then it got so bad they were getting double vision and it couldn't be adjusted out. After a few searches I found out beretta was the agents in nz for them but I couldn't send them directly to them, it had to go through someone that stocked them. I took them into hunting and fishing and initially they refused to take them, so another email to beretta and they informed me that they had told hnf to accept the binos and send them to them. Today I get a phone call from hnf saying there's a brand new pair of binos there for me to pick up. I'm happy as and will go there over the weekend and pick them up. Pretty good service over all
